| Fund Overview |
|---|
Objectives: The
fund managers of this fund are mandated to outperform the SA Listed Property
Index (J253) after costs in the long term. This will be done by investing
primarily in listed property instruments which will offer substantial growth
over the long-term as based on our research.
Benchmark: SA
Listed Property Index (J253)
Fund Universe: The
fund will use the SA Listed Property Index (J253) as the primary investment
universe, but will use property instruments outside of this index when necessary
in order optimise the investment of cash flows and to overcome illiquidity in
the constituents of the index from time to time.
Other: The Fund is
unique in its offering in that there are no others like this currently being
offered. The fund has a very attractive cost structure. This Fund is ideal for
the sophisticated retail investor who requires a long term return in excess of
the market return and who wishes to diversify their current portfolio by
investing in property instruments.
